Humble Pie Cook School

For those of you who have already had a cup of tea and cake at the Humble Pie Kitchen, you will know that we are very excited to be opening our doors to let you into a few of our trade secrets (although not all!) at our new cook school.

With a rich larder of fresh ingredients on our doorstep you can create your own culinary delights and together we'll aim to bring what little, none or some experience you have to give you all round confidence in the kitchen.

Whether it be bread making straight from hot oven to salivating mouths (we don't believe in making you wait!) to finding your sea legs and pincers to help you claw your way to a how  to on shellfish, or maybe having friends over (the easy part) but wanting help deciding what to cook,  we'll help you with some simple but impressive, tasty food that means you can chat and cook stress free  - no experience necessary!  And no I haven't forgotten those little and often naughties, every kind of cake and chocolate making too...yum!  All worth the sit down at the end of a hard day with a  glass of wine enjoying the fruits of your labour without the cleaning up - hooray!

The Old School House, Kingston is nestled deep in the East Lothian countryside, just two miles from North Berwick and the coast. With Drem and North Berwick train stations nearby  and with ample parking, there's no excuse not to come over and give it a try.  If you'd like to have a chat about how the courses are run any member of the team would be delighted to hear from you.
